Please do not book an appointment if you are subject to a Public Health Order self-isolation/quarantine or in close contact with someone who is under the same restriction.
Immunizations, including a COVID vaccine, will invoke an immune response; therefore, we ask that you do not book any dermal filler appointments within two weeks of inoculation.
A few hours before your appointment, you will receive an email to complete a COVID-19 self assessment – this is mandatory to gain access to our clinic.
If you’re feeling ill, please do not come to our clinic.
If appropriate, call 811 for further guidance. Also, please call us without delay to reschedule your appointment and we’ll waive the no show fee.
We ask that you arrive at the clinic with your face clean and without makeup (if applicable).
Please bring a mask as you are required to wear one while in our clinic. Don’t worry if you don’t have a mask, if needed, we will provide one free of charge.
We would prefer that you plan to pay by credit card, debit card, gift certificate or interact transfer. You can setup your interact transfer ahead of time by registering this email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
To provide for physical distancing, you will find that our door is locked. Look at the window beside our door to see the instructions on how to self-check in.
Once self check-in is complete, please wait in your car until we call you for your appointment. Please leave any unnecessary items behind in your car.
Only the scheduled client will be allowed into the clinic, family or friends will not be permitted.
As before, you’ll always be greeted with a great big smile (although it might be hard to see from under the mask). Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a coffee or tea and the usual social chit chat.
You’ll need to sanitize your hands when you enter our door and put on the provided mask if necessary.
Please follow physical distancing guidelines whenever possible within the clinic.
Some procedures require you to remove your mask. When we ask you to remove your mask, please refrain from unnecessary talking and if you need to sneeze or cough please do so into the disposable towel provided.
Screening. All staff and clients are screened for COVID-19 symptoms daily before entering the clinic.
Physical Distancing. Control measures are put in place to allow for you to keep a 2 metre bubble prior/after your treatment. Only scheduled clients will be permitted to enter, sorry no family or friends allowed in the clinic.
Protective Equipment. The use of physical barriers and protective equipment is used when physical distancing is not possible.
The wearing of a mask while in the clinic is mandatory except when asked to remove it for a specific procedure. Bringing your own mask is fine otherwise we will provide you one free of charge.
Cleanliness. Extra sanitizer stations, enhanced cleaning schedule, and clinic decluttering have been used to reduce the risk of surface contamination.
Washrooms. We encourage clients to use the washroom before coming to their appointment, but it’s available if absolutely necessary.
Payment. We encourage and would greatly appreciate a cashless method of payment.

Right of Refusal. Our staff has the right to refuse treatment if illness is suspected. To avoid any awkward situations, please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling ill – thank you.
