By booking with Simply Radiant you agree to the following terms and conditions:

BOOKING POLICY

A valid credit card is required for all online bookings.  New clients required a $50 booking deposit.

Booking deposits may be paid online,  sent via interact transfer to pay@simplyradiant.ca or alternatively you may call the clinic and pay over the phone with your credit card.

After your appointment, your booking deposit will be credited towards your invoice.

24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

You are required to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time or you may be subject to the NO SHOW service fee.

NO SHOW POLICY

Failure to arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time may deem you a “NO SHOW” and subject to a NO SHOW service fee.

NO SHOW SERVICE FEE

The NO SHOW service fee is $50

Invoices generated for NO SHOW fees will be automatically charged to your credit card or paid from your booking deposit credit.

We understand that Life Happens – please call us if  something unforeseen occurs and you are unable to make your appointment time.
